RELAX: Insert to a two oz squeeze bottle: two drops of Angelica Root, 3 drops of Basil, two drops of Cardamom, 3 drops of Spearmint and match with Sweet Almond oil. Shake to blend well. Use as a massage oil or add a tsp into a complete tub.
DIFFUSER: Produce a combination with equal components: Angelica Root, Tea Tree and Lemon to diffuse on your Edens Garden diffuser for about 30-60 minutes.
BATH SALTS: Blend: two drops of Angelica Root, 3 drops of Lavender and 1 drop of Cedarwood (Atlas) using two tbsp of Jojoba oil plus 1/2 cup of Epsom salts. Stir together and put in to a complete bathroom for a relaxing retreat.
Security: If pregnant, nursing or under a physician’s care, consult doctor. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity happens. Prevent contact with eyes. Don’t use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of kids. Don’t use on broken skin or onto abrasions. Don’t use , unless guided by a certified Aromatherapist or doctor. Stay away from sun or UV rays for as many as 12 hours after applying topically.
